  • Our jewelry is handcrafted using semi-precious gemstones, freshwater pearls and shells, and 18k gold-filled hardware, ensuring both beauty and durability.

  • To maintain the beauty of your pieces, avoid exposure to water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store in a dry place when not wearing.

  • Resin and plastic beads don't meet the standard we hold ourselves to. They're lightweight in all the wrong ways — lacking the density, texture, and natural variation that make a piece worth wearing.

  • Gold-filled jewelry contains a thick layer of real gold that's mechanically bonded to a base metal core—it's not a surface coating. Gold-plated pieces, by contrast, have a very thin layer of gold that wears off quickly with everyday use, often revealing the base metal beneath. Gold-filled is significantly more durable, tarnish-resistant, and longer-lasting, making it the right choice for pieces you'll actually wear. It's the closest you can get to solid gold without the solid gold price tag.

  • Waterproof jewelry typically relies on synthetic coatings or base metals that we won't stand behind. Gold-filled hardware and natural gemstones are meant to be cared for — and that care is part of what makes them last. Remove your pieces before swimming, showering, or heavy activity, and they'll stay beautiful for years.

Shipping

In-stock orders are processed within 3 business days from our studio in Charlotte, NC. Standard domestic shipping typically arrives within 5 business days (and quicker within Charlotte). Expedited options are available at checkout.
Shipping is a flat $8 for all domestic ground orders. Orders over $150 ship free.
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is something we're working toward — stay tuned.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unworn, unaltered pieces within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all packaging intact. Final sale items are not eligible for return. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Email us at hello@raqueledit.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label via email — no need to purchase postage separately. Please ensure items are unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging before shipping back.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll make it right.
